Weightlifting and power lifting provide multiple benefits. One of the best methods to burn fat and achieve improved muscle tone is heavy lifting. We understand many are uncomfortable under a barbell but we are here to help!

We design various programs to supplement our own small group fitness sessions, martial arts classes, athlete training and more.

We offer a full range of weightlifting and power lifting equipment. We have all you need for your major lifts. We limit access to make sure you are not waiting for equipment or space. In all of our classes attention to you is paramount. We designed our facility to include a specific area for the core lifts that outline a solid program. Members can easily squat, bench dead lift and more!

We also offer one on one personal sessions. If unsure on where to start, want a knowledgeable spotter or need to switch up your routine we can help. No need to fight the crowds and Instagram models curling in the squat rack. If want to focus on lifts, On Track Wellness is the place for you!
