Since 2012, On Track Wellness has been teaching awesome small-group fitness classes to the San Diego area. Class sizes are capped to ensure individual attention. Thirty-five minute fitness classes give you a healthy dose of daily cardio and strength training without cutting into your schedules. Each day of the week has a different workout but similar muscular demand to keep it interesting but still get the results you want.

On Track Wellness also has added a dedicated weight room that has cardio equipment, a full set of dumbbells, TRX trainers, 3 squat racks and deadlift platform. All equipment is reserved in 30-minute blocks (up to 90min per day) to guarantee you never have to wait to use the equipment. Come check us out today!
