In this interview, Jen C. discusses what she enjoys most about On Track Wellness! From slamball
workouts to circuit training workouts, to kettlebell workouts to kickboxing…itʼs always something
different every day, and that is what she loves the most! Sheʼs explains how itʼs variety that keeps the
body guessing and keeps her motivated and engaged, by avoiding mundane, routine workouts. This is
the key to getting results, she explains! She enjoys the structure and knowing what type of workout it
will be each day, while knowing that it will always be something different and challenging. The workouts
are changed each month, which keeps things interesting for both Nate and his clients!
Jenʼs goal was initially to get stronger. She previously did a lot of spin classes, but saw limited results.
Within two weeks of On Track Wellness workouts, she started seeing definition in her body that she had
never seen before! Her upper body strength improved tremendously. Jenʼs future goal is to develop
better core strength. When asked, “ What would you tell a friend who was checking out On Track
Wellness?”, Jen emphasizes, “You may be working out daily but have you been seeing results?”
Jen explains how her biggest surprise was looking back at old wedding photos and seeing how different
she looked! Her daughter remarked, “You look younger now than you did 15 years ago. I donʼt even
recognize you!” Jen’s biggest goal or inspiration is for her daughter to see that she has a healthy frame
of mind. Itʼs not about weight or looks, she explains. Itʼs about being healthy and feeling good!
Jen is excited about upcoming events from climbing to Zumba to hiking to cooking classes. There is so
much variety with On Track Wellness! “Itʼs just fun!”, she exclaims. She
empathizes to take it one step at a time, in regards to the workouts. Building strength takes time.
In closing, Nate highlights exciting new events! He reminds us of the tight knit community at OnTrack
Wellness, which is also key to achieving results.

Grace Caltabellotta – Runner – Martial Artist

Grace – Loves To Be Active

Grace is very active and hydration is key. She runs Cross Country and also is an avid Martial Artist. Energy is key for a busy teenager and Rehydrate gives her important vitamins, minerals and additional energy. She feels like she can run longer and perform stronger when she takes it. She also recovers faster. Grace trains martial arts and does fitness classes. She spends time in karate and focused time in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She excels in competition and is a leader and role model for other students.
