Accountability is key to success in a fitness plan. Our team will keep you to the program we design for your goals. Your teammates will hold you accountable as well. Knowing you have others expecting to see you in class keeps you motivated and “On Track”!

Small group fitness capped at 8 people. Get an efficient and effective workout in 35 minutes. High intensity (HIIT) workouts that challenge the entire body. Each day brings a variety of workouts to keep it fresh, challenging and fun.

Working out in a small group fitness setting allows the energy of a group while still getting individual attention. You have a team holding you accountable, pushing you and cheering you on. All while having a trainer watching you. The small class size allows for everyone to get feedback and a workout tailored to their needs.

On Track Wellness workouts are challenging for all levels. We do not care what level you are at as long as you give your best effort. We will get you to your goals and a new level of fitness! The limited number in class allows us to alter workouts to your challenge level. We start with a baseline and either upgrade or simplify on your needs.

Variety is key to sticking with a program. Each class offers something different, works the whole body and is a lot of fun. We incorporate High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), TRX, Slam Balls, kettle bells, dumb bells, body weight, kickboxing, circuits, plyometrics and more!
