On Track Wellness helps improve athlete performance through individually designed programs. Weightlifting, cross-training and conditioning for athletes of all sports is available.

Individuals can gain valuable training during the off season or small groups can work together to maintain team connection. Performance based training based on demands can be done to give a competitive edge. For high level athletes, training never stops. There is no true off season. You compete, train, prepare and recover year round.

On Track Wellness has an extensive knowledge and network of recovery tools and processes. Recovery is critical for not just athletes but all active individuals. Proper foam roll techniques, acupressure tools and space to stretch is available to members.

Our team is filled with not just coaches and instructors but athletes as well. We understand the physical and mental demands of competition.
