I just wanted to give my personal results using the Ecocaps...

I have been having severe acid reflux and stomach issues since Thanksgiving last year. What Sessions Do You Enjoy Most?
​- 2 circuits at 30 second intervals are what I prefer. But 45 seconds and 3 rotations are probably pushing me harder. I like the variety so I wouldn't say that I have a preference, but Monday mornings are fun with the 3 stations.​



What Do You Like Most About Class Structure and Timing?

​- Mornings work great for me. I try to be up about 5-5:30,​ cup of coffee, quick devotional & prayer, then head to workout. That's the best start to any day.



What Were Your Goals When You Started?

​- Lose weight and gain strength.  



How Have We Helped You Reach Those Goals?

Nate's circuit programs have been great for both

​ my goals, but specifically has made a huge difference for me in surfing and golf. I have a lot more endurance while surfing and I've gained 15-20 yards in my drives along with increasing my consistency. I don't play much, but it is fun to drive the ball 250-270 yards!


What Would You Tell A Friend?

​- Come try it out. The people are awesome and the program is great. The day to day variety keeps the workouts interesting and challenging.​



What New Goals Do You Have?

​- I would still like to drop 20lbs, but that is mostly about eating less. From there, I'd like to have some good visible definition to my body and get rid of my belly.​



What Has Been Your Biggest Surprise Achievement Since Starting You Did Not Expect?

​- Longer drives.​



What Other Events Held Do You Enjoy?

​- Rock climbing was awesome. Missed it this year, but again, great group of people so we would have fun wherever we are at.​



Anything Else You Want To Share?

​- Change is challenging but the constant. I appreciate Nate and Amanda and the investment in me and my family and encourage everyone to come give On Track Wellness a try. What Sessions Do You Enjoy Most?

My favorite class is the Wednesday class because we use kettle bells. I enjoy this class because you can change weights to push yourself, and you have control over how you improve.

 

What Do You Like Most About Class Structure and Timing?

I like the warm ups because they are consistent with each class and a nice way to start the workout by stretching and warming up different muscles. I really like the

What Were Your Goals When You Started?

I started with On Track Wellness because I wanted to get prepared for my black belt test. The test was physically very demanding and the workouts got me in really good shape. My goal was to improve my endurance and to be able to do more reps of typical workouts like pushups, situps, etc.

 

How Have We Helped You Reach Those Goals?

On track really pushed me and gave me the opportunities to push myself and reach my goals. The workouts gave me the endurance and strength I needed. I also received amazing motivation and guidance from the trainers. They showed me that if I worked hard and trusted the workouts I could reach my goals.

 

What Would You Tell A Friend?

I would tell anyone who is interested in working out to become a part of On Track. Everyone is so supportive and friendly. The workouts are designed for any type of person and are a great way to wake up in the morning. I suggest going 3 or more days a week to get the full benefits, and go to the various events offered. The program is a great way to start working out, get back in shape, or push yourself farther than you already are. After the workouts I feel energized and ready to start the day feeling good and accomplished.

 

What New Goals Do You Have?

Since getting my black belt, my new goals have been centered around personal performance and staying in shape. I do a diverse range of sports, which use many muscles so the classes have been great for preparing me for each sport season. My current goals are to build more muscle, and to maintain a built body shape. I feel On Track can get me to these goals and continue to fuel new goals I create for myself.

 

What Has Been Your Biggest Surprise Achievement Since Starting You Did Not Expect?

I did not expect to feel so great during the workouts. After the first few minutes waking up and getting warmed up I felt immediately more energized and happy. I feel like the days I don’t go to the workout something is missing. I definitely didn’t expect that. I had always been an off and on workout kind of person but with on track I feel motivated to come back and be consistent.

 

What Other Events Held Do You Enjoy?

I love the events held by On Track because I get to be active while having fun and socializing with the people I see in the morning workouts. My favorite event is rock climbing, but I also loved camping and hiking. The events are a good way for me to get out on the weekend. I enjoy spending time with the people from and a part of On Track, they are also motivating to me. The events are a big part of what I love about On Track Wellness.

 

Anything Else You Want To Share?

On Track Wellness is also great because of it’s flexibility. They are so many times and classes available, which makes it easy for me in the mornings when my schedule change. The class is also flexible in its client. You can be at all different stages of working out and the class provides value to each one. I like this because I can go to the classes as my main workout, to crosstrain, or to have a consistent class that pushes me. Every class is build for all types of people, and different times in my own life.

What Sessions Do You Enjoy Most?

I like when my Dad takes me for walks after he eats lunch. We go to the park most days and I get to sniff all kinds of stuff. I also like when I get to go to the gym and do sprints with Mom and run after the other members. 

What Do You Like Most About Class Structure and Timing?

I like they are only 35 minutes. It gives more time to nap which I really love to do.

What Were Your Goals When You Started?

The vet told Mom and Dad I was fat. I had to lose weight which meant less food. I thought fat sounded awesome! But I want to be with Mom and Dad for a long time so I listened to the vet and lost 12 pounds!

How Have We Helped You Reach Those Goals?

By giving me smaller portions of food and treats when I deserve it and keeping me motivated to go on walks.

What Would You Tell A Friend?

Like Dakota, Archer or Indie? I would say if we can’t play at Dog Beach we should run around the gym.

What New Goals Do You Have?

Play with my toy squirrel more, go to Fiesta Island some and also go on more hikes and camping. I get to sleep with Mom and Dad when we camp.

What Has Been Your Biggest Surprise Achievement Since Starting You Did Not Expect?

I take Fish Oil from Advocare now every night when Dad does so I get a cool treat with it! My coat is super shiny and soft.

What Other Events Held Do You Enjoy?

Anytime I get to go hang out with other people and dogs!

Anything Else You Want To Share?

Us dogs sometimes do not know any better and eat anything we can find. We need our owners to help guide us and keep us active. Humans are not much different. Find a coach like my Dad who cares and will help keep you active, healthy and happy!
